Q: When will I get my order?
A: As most items are made to order there is a processing time of 5 to 8 working days, dependent on the size of your order, we might surprise you with an earlier delivery if we are able to do so.
Q: What about Shipping?
We use "Pudo" lockers or "The Courier Guy". This applies to major cities and towns only. Please allow 1 to 3 working days for outlying areas. You will receive a tracking number to check your order as soon as it is shipped.
Q:What ingredients are the products made from?
A: All of our ingredients are natural, pronounceable and healing, we try and source organic and locally manufactured products where ever it is possible to do so. All our products are tested before they are added to the shop.
Q: What if I have an allergic reaction to the products?
A: These products are natural and carefully treated and stored before formulation and ph tested for best results, we ensure a clean and sterile working environment when preparing the products. However some people may exhibit signs of irritation to different oils and herb extracts, always read the ingredients and test on a small patch of shin if you are unsure.
Q: How should I store my SENT products?
Avoid direct sunlight, store in a cool and dry area, avoid extensive heat or cold and your products will last you a long time.
Q: Do you accept returns?
A: Due to hygienic reasons, I cannot accept returns or exchanges on cosmetics so please consider this before making your purchase. Again, please check the ingredients before making your purchases and always test on a small patch of skin to make sure. If you are still unsure, you are welcome to contact us with any of your concerns.
Q: Do you do custom orders?
A: Yes we do, however this can be quite a time consuming process, please book a consultation and we would be more than happy to assist you in creating a custom perfume, lotion or solid perfume.
Q: Do you have a wholesale option?
Yes we do. However these products are made to order and might take some time to complete on a wholesale scale. Kindly note that this is provided to physical stores looking for stock, the option is not available to individuals or brand ambassadors.
